How to make a Solar Gard Automotive Claim
Claims must be submitted with all of the required documentation to the respective service center for
processing. Incomplete claims will delay processing or may be denied.
Illegal Film Installations are not covered by warranty.
Required Documentation:
1. Completed warranty repair claim form, which includes:
- Original film type and roll number(s)
- Original and redo film installation dates
- Description of the film defect
- Customer's signature
3. Copy of the customer's original invoice, if applicable
4. Sample of the defective film (approx 81/2" x 11")
